Using the mask
How often should I use it?
Three evenings a week, ten minutes a session. Daily use will not accelerate the result and is not recommended.
When will I see a difference?
Radiance and calmer-looking skin often appear within the first week, that is circulation, and it fades. Visible change in firmness and definition: four to six weeks of consistent use. Photograph yourself on day one, in daylight, and again at six weeks.
Does it hurt?
No. The current is felt as a faint tingle, the light as gentle warmth. Begin at the lowest intensity.
Do I have to use the conductive gel?
For the microcurrent, yes. Current needs a medium to travel. Without gel you are using the mask as a light device only.
Can I use my own gel?
Any water-based conductive gel works. Avoid oils and silicone-based products, which insulate rather than conduct.
Can I use it with retinol, acids or vitamin C?
Use the mask first, on clean skin, then apply your actives. If your skin is easily sensitised, alternate nights.
Can I use it after injectables or a peel?
Wait [SPEC — confirm the interval with your manufacturer], and ask your practitioner.
When should I stop?
Never, if you want to keep the result. This is a maintenance ritual, in the way that exercise is.
What comes in the box?
The mask, a cleansing headband with wrist cuffs, six pairs of 24k collagen eye patches, a USB-C cable, an adjustable strap and a printed guide in English.
Safety
Is the light safe for my eyes?
The mask is contoured to shield the eye area and the LED system is tested to EN 62471, the photobiological safety standard for lamps. Keep your eyes closed during use.
Who should not use it?
Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, anyone with a pacemaker, defibrillator or other implanted electrical device, anyone with epilepsy, anyone with active or undiagnosed skin lesions in the treatment area, and anyone taking photosensitising medication. If you are under a doctor's care for a skin condition, ask them first. Not for use under 18.
Is it certified?

When will it arrive?
Dispatched within one working day. Delivery then takes up to 15 days.
What does delivery cost?
Nothing. Complimentary delivery across Europe, to the United Kingdom, Ireland and the European Union.
Will I pay customs or duty?

What if I am not convinced?
You have ninety days. Use the mask properly for that period, and if you cannot see a difference, write to us and we refund you in full. Your fourteen-day right to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations sits alongside it, unaffected.
What if it stops working?
Write to contact@cevanneparis.com with your order number and we replace it. Beyond ninety days, the warranty applies.
Can I use it outside the UK?
The device charges by USB-C, so it works anywhere. [SPEC — confirm the voltage of any supplied plug.]
