Ninety days to decide.

British law requires us to give you fourteen days to change your mind. Fourteen days is not enough to judge a device that takes four to six weeks to show its work, and every brand that offers only fourteen knows it.

So we give you ninety.

The guarantee

Skin does not change in a week, and no one should have to commit before they know. Use the mask properly for ninety days, three evenings a week, ten minutes a session. If you do not see what you were hoping for, send it back for a full refund.

No forms, no questions, no restocking fee. Return postage is yours.

Your fourteen-day right, unaffected

If you simply change your mind, you may cancel within fourteen days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Our ninety-day guarantee sits on top of that right; it does not replace it. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

If the device fails

We replace it. Within forty-eight hours of delivery, immediately and at our cost, with no return required. Beyond ninety days, your device is covered for [SPEC] years against manufacturing defect. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, immersion in water, or use with a charger other than the one supplied.

How to claim

Write to contact@cevanneparis.com with your order number. A person answers, usually within one working day, and we send you the return address and instructions.
